Ingredients
- 1½ oz Gin
- ¾ oz Simple Syrup
- ¾ oz YUZU SUPER JUICE
- ¾ oz Aquafaba (or 1 egg white)
- 1 dash Soy Sauce
- Black Sesame
- Soy Sauce (for garnish)
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds to chill and dilute.

Strain back into the shaker tin and discard ice.

Dry shake to get everything super frothy and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
