Ingredients
- 1 oz Yuzu Super Juice
- 1 oz Rich Sugar Syrup
- 2 oz Espresso
- Soda Water
Instructions

In a cocktail shaker tin, combine yuzu super juice, syrup, and espresso.

Add ice to the shaker tin and shake vigorously until well chilled and frothy.

Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Pour soda water into the shaker tin, swirl it around to collect any remaining espresso, and gently pour the frothy soda mixture over the yuzu shakerato.
