Ingredients

  • 2 Persian Cucumbers


  • ¼ cup Yuzu Super Juice

  • 10 fresh mint leaves

  • 6 cups of water

Wash the cucumber and slice it thinly using a mandolin or a sharp knife. Gently crush or tear the fresh mint leaves to release their flavor.

In a pitcher, combine the cucumber slices, Yuzu Super Juice, and mint leaves. Add 6 cups of water, (or 4 if you’d like stronger flavor). This can also be made with sparkling water for an extra twist.

Best if refrigerated for at least 2 hours. Serve over ice cubes.
