Ingredients
Serves 11 oz Yuzuco Yuzu Juice
- 1.5 oz mezcal
- juice of ½ lime
- pinch of pink salt
- splash of Fever Tree
- drizzle of west~bourne avocado oil
Instructions

Add mezcal, yuzu juice, lime juice, and pink salt to a shaker with ice

Shake well until chilled

Strain into a lowball glass over fresh ice

Top with a splash of Fever Tree

Drizzle with west~bourne avocado oil

Garnish with a lime wheel or yuzu peel, if desired
