Ingredients
Serves 2-43 tbsp sudachi juice
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
- ½ tsp grated fresh ginger
- ½ tsp grated garlic
- 4 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- salt and white pepper to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk sudachi juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey. Season with salt and white pepper to taste.

Add grated ginger and garlic.

Slowly whisk in oil to create an emulsion. Stir in sesame seeds, if using.
