Ingredients
Serves 21 tbsp 100% Sudachi Juice
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- 2 tbsp laksa paste
- 14 oz coconut milk
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- Shrimp
- Fish balls
- Puffy tofu
- Vermicelli or egg noodles
- Boiled egg (for garnish)
Instructions

Add oil and laksa paste to a pot and sauté over low heat until fragrant.

Add coconut milk, chicken stock, sugar, and fish sauce. Bring to a simmer.

Add shrimp, fish balls, and puffy tofu. Simmer until cooked through.

Serve over cooked noodles and top with a halved boiled egg.

Finish with Sudachi Juice just before serving.
