Ingredients

Serves 2-4
  • 2 heads little gem lettuce
  • 2 heads endive
  • 1/4 cup radish thinly shaved
  • 1/4 cup sudachi juice
  • 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup minced tender herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Separate little gem and endive leaves, wash, dry, and set aside.

In a large bowl whisk together sudachi juice, vinegar, and honey. Slowly whisk in olive oil, then season to taste with salt and pepper.

Toss lettuce, endive, and radish with dressing, then mix in herbs(dill, parsley, chives, tarragon, mint, etc).

Place in serving bowl and finish with salt and pepper.
