  • 1lb small yellow potatoes
  • 4 tbsp yuzu super juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 handfuls herbs
  • red pepper flakes
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

wash & cut your potatoes to the desired size

bring salted water to a boil and cook potatoes until soft

while the potatoes are cooking, chop your herbs very finely or use a food processor. We used cilantro, parsley, dill, basil and oregano.

mix in herbs, olive oil, and yuzu super juice together and add in grated garlic clove and spices

let your potatoes cool slightly before adding it to the dressing and mixing well. enjoy!
